Materials
:
For the filling:
1) ½ coconut grated
2) 100 grams of dried shrimp (soak and grind)

3) ½ teaspoon salt
4) ½ 1kg
cooking oil (for frying)
Method:
For the filling:
1) Heat oil. Put all the blended ingredients. Cook until
boiling.
2) Add coconut. Stir well. Close the fire and set aside.
For the cake:
1) Mix well all ingredients except cooking oil dough to form dough. Add
a little flour if the dough is soft and sticky.
